RCM Support
RCM helps facilitate communication to your organization at key milestones during the implementation, helping to ensure that your TLM is culturally accepted within the organization. RCM methodology concentrates on reducing risk by leveraging and supporting the delivered ADP project methodology while educating the client on “best practices” throughout the implementation cycle. Our role is to provide guidance and direction, as well as hands-on participation throughout the project phases. The success of this implementation approach depends on the participation of the appropriate client staff throughout the life cycle of the project.

The following is a list of Time Labor Management services that RCM provides:

• Account Coordination – RCM works with you and your implementation team to provide guidance on work rules and pay policies (HR and PR related), facilitate issue resolution and assure that client takeaways are understood and completed to minimize project re-work.
• Application Configuration - RCM serves as the liaison between you and the vendor to ensure that the client expectations are delivered properly to the Implementation Team.
• Project Management – This encompasses strategic, operational, reporting, and compliance components. Project risk is managed through strict adherence to the project plan, issue tracking, resolution, and scope management.
• Employee Data Migration Support – RCM provides assistance in the design of the data conversion strategy and assistance in executing the data migration.
• Testing Support – RCM can assist you with designing and executing unit, system and parallel testing.
• Manager Training – Onsite customized administrative training is offered on your TLM system as it relates to your process flow.
• Go-Live Production Support – RCM provides functional support for the first live payroll once the population is in production.
