RCM has supported our utility partners in establishing Configuration Management (CM) solutions encompassing original documentation, computer databases, and ongoing engineering modifications. RCM works with each client to reach a consensus on the amount of configuration management, document control and verification based on appropriate regulatory, operating and safety considerations.

The RCM Configuration Team is accountable for:

  • Developing and processing across the CM life cycle

  • Establishing contingency plans and schedules for projected activities

  • Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning to support CM and engineering change control and close out

  • Performing CM verification process. Assures as-built configuration can be reconciled to the as-designed and as-planned configurations
